The number of Chinese websites is shrinking and posts are being removed and censored, stoking fears about what happens when history is erased.

Nearly all information posted on Chinese news portals, blogs, forums, social media sites between 1995 and 2005 was no longer available. Read more.

Over the weekend, X added clauses to its rules, formally allowing users to post adult and graphic content on the platform with a few caveats.

Users can now post consensually produced NSFW content as long as it is prominently labeled as such. The new rules also cover AI-generated videos and images. Read more.

Spotify announced it is increasing the cost of its premium subscription plans in the U.S. again. It is the second price hike in a year. $11.99 for an Individual plan, $16.99 for a Duo plan, and $19.99 for a Family plan. Read more.
